Individual Therapy

Individual therapy allows you to choose the content and pacing of the work in a way that best suits your goals and needs.

Clients often find that having a specific time dedicated to their mental and emotional health allows for other parts of their lives to feel more spacious and relaxed.

 

Group
Therapy

You know that sigh of relief you get when you share a feeling with a friend and they say “me too”? That’s a lot like group therapy.

Also, groups are more affordable than individual therapy.
